All rooms, hallways, and stairs:
-Horizontal surfaces (dusted), wipe railing, light dusting of light fixtures, spot clean windows/mirrors/glass patio door (inside and out), lock ledges/sills, light organizing on surfaces, shake out/vacuum rugs, floors (vacuum or dry mop/wet mop)
Bedrooms:
-Horizontal surfaces (dusted), lock ledges/ sills, light organizing, floors (vacuum or dry mop/wet mop)
Bathrooms:
-Mirrors, tub/shower, toilet (bowl and exterior), countertops, take out trash and reline, floors (vacuum or dry mop/wet mop)
Kitchens:
-Countertops, faucets, sinks, stovetop, light organizing, exterior of appliances, light wipeout of empty fridge, top of refrigerator, floors (vacuum or dry mop/wet mop)

Our deep cleans includes everything you see in a basic clean plus:
In all rooms:
-Cleaning celling fan blades (dusted), base boards (wiped down), cobweb removal (interior), spot clean walls *not responsible for paint removal*, full clean of mirrors/glass patio doors (inside and out), all doors (nobs included), light switch plates/switches, air vents (wall side), pictures (dusted and glass cleaned), blinds (light dusting), lampshades (light dusting), furniture with four legs (hand wiped where we can reach), backsplashes, cabinets (exterior), inside of microwave

Deep clean
Laundry is a separate charge and is washed, dried, and professionally folded. Each bag is tagged with your name and processed separately.
We charge $1.75/ lbs.
Sheets are washed with OxiClean, detergent, fabric softener and dried with laundry sheets.
We do not wash towels with softener or fabric sheets because it will block the pores especially in cotton towels.

All cleanings can be modified by taking away services or adding services on to fit your cleaning needs! We are here to serve you!
Here are a few add-on services we provide:

-Windows within reach of a 3 step ladder
-Power washing (reasonable access to water spigot)

- Clean or remove blood or any bodily fluids, fire or water damage, or mold. We are not trained in these areas nor are we equipped
- Service pet beds, cat trees, pet crates etc.
- Move heavy items

We just might be able to offer some of these DON'TS for an upcharge but not on a continual basis. We may also be able to recommend another company for you.

LAKE OZARK-OSAGE BEACH
We mainly are concentrated in this area but can make accommodations. Please note that if we travel outside this service area there could be a trip charge. Generally if you are more than 20 minutes away, a fee will apply.
We are very fast paced and if we have to travel outside our main service area for an estimate, a fee will apply.
Up to 35 minutes away - a $45 fee will required but your account will be credited $50 if you sign on!
35-55 minutes away will require a $75 fee will be required but your account will be credited $85 if you sign on! WOW!!
Payment is due prior to our arrival via PayPal (a 3% fee will apply) or Venmo. Payment must have cleared prior to arrival as well. Thank you for your consideration and your understanding! We look forward to becoming your Go-To Cleaning company!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
When we return for recurring service, we don’t repeat all of the tasks listed: we maintain them. If you would like specific areas addressed during a particular visit, please make sure to let us know so that it does not get overlooked.
We do not climb higher than a 3ft 3-step ladder. Most homes have at least one light fixture/ceiling fan that can’t be reached by hand or heavy furniture that can’t be lifted, when this occurs we try our best to reach this area with an extension.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. Blinds will be lightly dusted but may have extensive build up that cannot be removed.
We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. For health reasons we have instructed our staff to leave certain items/and or areas untouched; pet crates/beds, litter boxes, vomit, and/or fecal matter.
