Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.

Angel Services completely understands that allowing someone to come into your abode is not an easy decision to make. It is because of this that we exercise the utmost care when selecting the proper cleaning professionals that represent us. Angel Services employees are screened and must complete a rigorous training process to ensure that our employees fully comply with the benchmark level of service that our customers have grown to expect.
All of our employees are also covered under our workers compensation policy and liability insurance. Our Angel team(s) work diligently to make certain your home is cleaned to our high standards and more importantly, yours!
We understand that there is a great deal of trust that goes into allowing someone into your personal space. Because of this, we have always found that our clients feel more secure when receiving exceptional service from a familiar face. We encourage this type of rapport, and thus will make every effort to send the same Angel Team each time. However, there may be occasions that we may have to make substitutions to accommodate scheduling. If this occurs, we try to inform our clients in advance.
Due to a number of variables, Angel Services cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival. For your convenience we try to provide you with 2 hour arrival windows.
Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner home is guaranteed. If you are not entirely pleased with our services please notify us within 24 hours of your service date and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.
We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items before our arrival so we can focus our time and efforts on dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places. Thank you in advance!
We will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment to efficiently clean your home. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, or if you have any special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate your needs and use anything that you supply.
The initial house cleaning visit is typically higher in cost and takes us much longer to clean than subsequent visits due to the fact that we perform a deeper cleaning of your home in order to establish an Angel Services level of clean that is sure to surpass your expectations.
After our initial cleaning, your home’s Angel Service level of clean can easily be maintained in less time with regularly scheduled visits. Future house cleaning visits are normally charged as a flat fee.
As with any service, payment is due in full at the time of service. Customers paying with PayPal (a 3 % fee will apply) , Venmo are due prior to service start time. Customers paying with cash may leave payment on the kitchen counter, preferably in a sealed envelope unless other arrangements have been made.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, so we believe that customer referrals are one of the highest form of compliments that we can receive. To encourage this type of word of mouth promotion that is significant to our business we have a Referral Rewards Program. For each friend or family member you refer and they sign up for a continuous program, you will receive a discount on a continuous service that you receive! One way we are trying to give back to those who believe in us!
We accept cash, PayPal (a 3% fee will apply) and Venmo! Checks will have to be authorized prior to acceptance.
-We understand that an unforeseen event may occur that which may create a need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We require at least a 2 business day notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Once you make an appointment with us a time slot is reserved for you and we may turn away other potential clients in order to ensure your appointment. In the event of cancellation with less than a 2 business day notice, a minimum cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
-If our Angels are locked out and cannot gain access to your home the entire cleaning price ma be charged to your account.
-A fee may also be applied if you have chosen to use your own products but do not have adequate supply for the Angels to complete the job as your price may have been based on these arrangements.
It is our utmost honor to be in your home, and because we wish to treat your home with the same great care and respect as we do our own. On the rare event that we do break something during the course of cleaning while in your residence, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item through our insurer or ourselves. We Appreciate You!

-Comfortable climate: If the climate is not comfortable for our employees a fee will be charged. Also some of our cleaning solutions will not work properly if they are in certain temperatures. We will attempt to create a comfortable climate to preform services, but if that is not possible a fee will be incurred and your service will have to be rescheduled.
